With over seventeen years in the assessment industry, Morningside's founding member has extensive experience in the legal issues encountered by assessment and credentialing organizations. He has overseen both the legal and operational functions critical to test delivery, including test administration, test security, and test accommodations.  During that time, he has: 

• directed internal investigation teams, multinational investigation firms, and international counsel in connection with misconduct investigations; 
• coordinated with foreign and domestic law enforcement and other governmental agencies on findings and outcomes; and 
• represented his client in more than one hundred arbitrations related to score cancellations
