Morningside's Founding Member
Michael Clifton has been a licensed attorney for over twenty years and has worked in the assessment industry for much of that time. He served in various positions with ACT, Inc. over 17 years, including as Vice President, General Counsel, Director of Test Security, Director of Test Administration, and Director of Test Accommodations Eligibility. Before joining ACT, he served as in house counsel for a publicly traded manufacturer and franchisor, where he provided advice concerning sales transactions and product liability litigation. He graduated with Distinction from the University of Iowa College of Law, is licensed to practice law in the State of Iowa, is an Iowa licensed private investigator, and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional / US.
